Timelines depend on size, access, and weather. A single unit turn can be same-day to a couple of days; a full community or commercial exterior is scheduled in phases. We give you a written schedule with the estimate.
Yes. Most of our work is in occupied condos, apartments, offices, and homes. We sequence work, protect furnishings and common areas, and coordinate access so daily life and business continue.
Prep is where a paint job succeeds or fails, so we don't shortcut it — cleaning, scraping, repairs, and priming as needed. We protect the space during the work and leave it clean at sign-off.
