Metropolis handles the whole remodel in-house as a licensed contractor, so there's no coordinating between a designer, a plumber, and a painter who've never met.
We take kitchen and bathroom projects from layout and materials through construction and the final coat of paint — including carpentry and cabinetry installation, flooring, trim, drywall, and the plumbing and electrical work a remodel requires.
Because we also serve condominium and HOA communities, we're comfortable with the realities of remodeling in a managed building — access, protection of common areas, and coordination with building rules.
