Reach out
Tell us what's going on with your property — a repaint, a renovation, a repair, or a portfolio need. One call reaches a team that handles all of it. We'll need your contact info, the property address, and a short description of the work (a photo helps for repairs).
Walkthrough & estimate
We assess the actual scope — including repairs that finishes may be hiding — confirm what you want, and follow up with a written estimate and scope that reflects the whole job, not just the obvious part.
Scope & materials
Before work begins, we confirm the scope, color and material selections, any paint spec or board approval, and a schedule that works around occupancy — a confirmed scope, selections, and start date in writing.
The work
We prep properly, protect the space, and complete the painting, construction, or repair to the agreed standard, communicating as the work progresses — professional crews, protected spaces, and updates if anything changes.
Final walkthrough & sign-off
We review the completed work with you, correct any punch-list items, clean the site, and provide any documentation your records or board need.
